For years, many of you have known our Maxwell Road restaurant as The Lemongrass Blenheim. In 2026 we began a new chapter as Thai Spice & Co, with a fresh look and a new menu. The kitchen, the welcome and the love of Thai cooking stay the same.
Our menu brings together the dishes we love to cook and share: curries built on lemongrass, galangal and lime leaf, noodles and rice from the wok, and small plates meant for passing around the table.
